LINX is led by a board of directors comprising representatives from the business community, the academic and research sectors, and business development organizations, including research and academic institutions. The board sets the strategic direction for the association and ensures that LINX operates in accordance with its mission and its role within the overall business development system.

The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the responsible management of funds, clear prioritization of initiatives, and the continued development of LINX as a stable and professional partner.
